BRENT EATON

With over 30 years’ experience Assessing and ensuring Quality Assurance across a number of sectors, Brent specialises in Spectator Safety, Travel and Tourism, Advice and Guidance, Customer Service, Business and Administration, TAQA and Management qualifications.

A qualified Human Resource practitioner and Careers Adviser, Brent has worked with large government departments, many private and voluntary companies and trade unions. He has worked within the Leisure Industry, for a Leisure Centre Company, young Golf Sports Performance Apprentices and at several Internationally acclaimed Sporting venues., notably at Brighton and Hove Albion FC and the former Olympic stadium in London. He is passionate about giving everyone a chance to better themselves and has worked closely with the Unemployed and those receiving benefits. He has a keen interest in Music, Travel, History and all types of Sport, although his participating days are over! 


CHRIS BAKER

Back in 2001 Chris was working in the facilities industry for a blue chip financial institution in the City of London. Football was a hobby and he had just started stewarding on a voluntary basis for his home town club Maidstone United. Following 2 redundancies in the next 18 months he made the decision to take a change of direction and invested some of his redundancy payment into taking several training courses setting himself a target of becoming a Football League Safety Officer in 5 years that was in 2002. What followed was amazing as armed with his new qualifications he achieved his target with 2 years to spare as he progressed through every division in English football to eventually become Safety Officer at the former Olympic Stadium in 2014. The journey took in Maidstone United, Sittingbourne, Charlton Athletic, Ebbsfleet United, Southend United, Leyton Orient and Brighton and Hove Albion culminating in a role with London Stadium 185 the operators of the newly refurbished Olympic Stadium and a role as West Ham United Safety Officer. 


JULIE HUMPHREYS

Julie initially started her career within the hospitality and customer service sector based in the South East of England and became a branch manager for a national travel organisation resulting in successful business and financial achievements.  Julie has worked within the education sector for a number of years and has a proven record for delivering qualifications at a range of academic levels including Management, Leadership, Travel, Teaching and Learning,  Spectator Safety, Employability Skills, Customer Service, TAQA, Information, Advice and Guidance.  Julie's experience includes Further Education teaching and is part of the team raising standards and achieving world awards within stewarding and security together with being an External and Internal Quality Assurance Co-ordinator.  Following Julie's commitment and passion for delivering quality standards with education and training, she was invited to join the Board of Trustees for Age Concern Eastbourne.   Her interests include travel, walking, gardening, rugby and music.


  

 

 

VIV ROWBOTHAM

Viv embarked on a career in the travel industry in 1979, firstly in her native Northern part of the UK before moving to the South East. She made it her business to travel and work worldwide within the sectors. Having worked for large blue chip companies and owing her own retail agency Viv understands the need for bespoke quality training. She has over 20 years experience in teaching, assessing and quality procedures and is a qualified international external verifier for an leading awarding body within travel, tourism and aviation. Viv also specialises in Spectator Safety, customer service, business administration, information advice and guidance, TAQA, apprentices and offender learning. Viv consulates for the local government and has worked at large sporting venues including the former Olympic Park Stadium and Brighton and Hove FC, where she was part of the team achievement of winning the world award in stewarding and security. She is passionate about customer service, quality, standards and development of staff. Her interests are: Traveling especially to Florida and Italy, the theatre, music, reading, cars and F1 motor sport.
